About The Position

TOTEME is a fashion house founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman, rooted in Swedish sensibilities and modern aspirations. From its atelier in Stockholm, the company creates collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry, with an emphasis on materiality and shape. TOTEME is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor for its Madison Avenue store. This role involves managing back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory control, and supporting the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. The Stock Supervisor will collaborate with Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams and report directly to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in stock management, ideally within the luxury sector.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Highly organized with a natural ability to create efficient workflows.
• Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Capable of multitasking and resolving challenges with a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Adaptable and open-minded, with a collaborative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized.
• Receive, process and organize incoming stock.
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.
• Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.
• Monitor and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets.
• Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team.
• Serve as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
