About The Position

The Stock Keeper locates and stocks customer material while maintaining accurate accounting of internal transactions, placement, and movement of material.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Competent oral and written communication skills
• Competent addition and subtraction math skills
• Competent literacy skills in order to read tags without transposing part numbers
• Able to use scanners and other technology for inventory purposes
• Powered Industrial Truck Experience
• Must not be afraid of heights; may be required elevate to heights in excess of 15 feet

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks by securing material prior to handling or storing and by operating at reasonable speeds and control
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) preventing incidents or injury to self or others
• Verify parts, stock parts, perform cycle counting and post all paperwork
• May be required to cycle count inventory; must have excellent accuracy
• Receive, process and perform inspections of materials, supplies, tools, fixtures and parts
• Responsible for pulling orders and completing required paperwork
• Move materials within the warehouse and assist in other warehouse activities as directed
• Move stock and other materials to and from processing areas
