About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, or recent graduates with a focus in accounting/finance encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred, or equivalent bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Efficient communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Analytical mindset and willingness to solve problems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Reports to Chief Financial Officer/Controller
• Record and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash records
• Prepare and post general ledger entries , including month-end adjustments
• Assist with payroll processing and verifying accuracy
• Support monthly account reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Complete other bookkeeping tasks as assigned by Controller/CFO
