About The Position

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer’s expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy. • Strictly adheres to all posted procedures. • Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, which are measured against the number of unscheduled missed hours. Must be at work on time. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job. • Demonstrates a positive “team” oriented demeanor and approach toward work assignments. Contributes to ongoing success of the entire warehouse team by willingly accepting and embracing “other duties as required” along with willingness to help the department as a whole. • Actively cross-trains in other areas, as required, outside of a primary job function. • Ensures a safe working environment for self and others by adhering to established safety expectations and by following established housekeeping requirements. Ensures all items are put onto carts, or into boxes or totes. Moves orders by conveyor or cart to shipping areas. Checks area for loose parts, torn bags and conveyor jams. For the Stock Control Associate – Consolidation position, there are 2 levels. Level 1 is considered entry level.

Requirements

Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred).
Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math.
Able to read and understand instructions in English.
Strong quality and productivity orientation.
Able to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders).
Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
Ability to work overtime and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred).
Prior warehouse experience preferred
