About The Position

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are responsible for managing product flow from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor. This includes effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising, while adhering to AEO Brand Standards. You are expected to maintain an organized Stockroom but also be flexible to support the team and assist guests on the Salesfloor when needed. The role emphasizes representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products!
• Love organization and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
• Have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Have worked in a stock-related role previously.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct merchandising opportunities.
• Be prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
