About The Position

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are responsible for managing product flow from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor, including shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You are expected to uphold AEO Brand Standards, demonstrate an eye for merchandising, and pay keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you should be able to assist the team and guests on the Salesfloor when necessary. The role requires you to embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work daily.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products!
• Love organization and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
• Have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
• Worked in a stock-related role previously.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising, adhering to brand standards.
• Maintain an efficient and productive Stockroom by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, plan, and take action to correct them.
• Support fellow team members with non stock-related tasks and assist guests as needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
