About The Position

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our day shift team. Requirements

• Active Ohio STNA certification in good standing
• Ability to work 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety
• Accurately document care provided
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care team
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
