About The Position

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our day shift team. Requirements

Active Ohio STNA certification in good standing
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Support resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Follow care plans, facility policies, and safety procedures
