What You’ll Do (Night Shift): Provide exceptional daily care to our residents with dignity and respect Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure the highest quality of care Help create a calm, safe, and restful environment for residents overnight
Requirements
- Current STNA certification in Ohio
- A caring heart and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability and commitment to a full-time night shift schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional daily care to our residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Help create a calm, safe, and restful environment for residents overnight
