The Summer Site Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning and collaborating with administration and staff for all aspects related to the creation and implementation of a summer learning program Taking part in the hiring process Communication/collaboration with applicable staff and stakeholders including but not limited to nursing, technology, payroll, custodial staff, etc Oversight of student recruitment and family outreach Oversight of all staff to ensure requirements are met Scheduling and logistics Supporting summer staff with planning and operations, day to day issues, and overseeing the tracking and collection of student data (participation, attendance, achievement) Grant requirement compliance if applicable
