Stipend - IST – Instructional Support Team (Internal Only) (SY25-26)
About The Position
A member of the Instructional Support Team (IST) meets regularly with the team to respond to student academic/ behavioral needs. The purpose of the Instructional Support Team (IST) is to ensure that all efforts have been made to meet students’ needs within their classroom. The IST team is responsible for reviewing referral forms to review areas of concern. The IST reviews each case and creates targeted goals and supports/interventions to remedy areas of focus. Progress monitoring and data collection to ensure a complete review of the presented student concern. Throughout this process, families, educators, and school personnel are in communication.

Responsibilities
- Attend IST (Instructional Support Team) meetings during the assigned team
- Complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Complete assignments outside of IST meeting time; (sending/responding to emails, observations, data input and analysis, creation of behavior/academic plans, monitoring student’s progress, communication among families and staff) etc
- Other- as determined by the needs of the IST chair and/or school principal
