Join us as our new Stick Pack Lead Operator The Production Lead will lead their assigned team to perform all production related activities while aligning with the company Mission, Vision and Core Values.  To perform their role effectively, Production Leads are expected to have strong leadership skills; they are expected to be able to direct, coach, correct and motivate the members of their team to achieve efficiency.  The Production Lead reports directly to the Production Supervisor. In this role you'll make an impact by: Performing all job requirements in a safe manner using the required PPE and being a safety role model to co-workers. Reporting and addressing unsafe behaviors or equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Taking r esponsib ility for cleanliness and housekeeping of work area. Demonstrating Lock-Out/Tag-Out compliance Taking responsibility for their team’s GMP and Food Safety compliance. Proactively leading team to eliminate unnecessary downtime. Providing daily working guidance and direction to assigned team to ensure that manufacturing of items are carried out efficiently and with strict adherence to quality standards. Working with Production Supervisor for team member development, feedback, and reviews. Operating equipment within the assigned area when needed. Assur ing team is following SOPs and SWs. Maintain ing 5S . Assur ing team accurately prints and completes production records. Ensuring training is being completed by the team on time . Attend ing daily meeting and shar ing items from the meeting to your team. Support ing continuous improvement process es within their team.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing facility
  • A positive pro-company can-do attitude
  • Basic understanding of Dietary Supplement Regulations
  • Ability to work within established routines, methods, and procedures under very strict management parameters
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group
  • Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
  • Complies with company policies and procedures
