Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities What You’ll Do Work with cross functional production teams and provide coverage to various lines or processes Communicate and reinforce organizational or departmental initiatives Organize and execute rework Assist the supervisor with daily shift summaries and reports Train new team members on line operation Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions Safely operate a forklift to keep assigned work area supplied Audit line staff's paperwork to ensure paperwork is filled out accurately What You’ll Need 3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry Previous forklift experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs) Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work About Us Gehl Foods is a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturer, known for ready-to-serve products like nacho cheese and protein shakes—no refrigeration needed! Requirements
- 3 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food, process, high-speed packaging or Form-Fill-Seal industry
- Previous forklift experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 55 lbs)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
Responsibilities
