About The Position

You will play a key role in the implementation and expanded usage of Stibo STEP, an MDM vendor solution that will initially be used to deliver a golden source client master at JHI. This is a phased implementation requiring partnership with Stibo as the vendor, CRM, Analytics and Core Cloud Platform team resources within IT as well as partnering with Distribution, Data Governance and Enterprise Data Operations functions in the business. Further domains will be migrated onto Stibo STEP on the back of the initial, successful implementation You will: Lead and improve the Stibo STEP MDM solution, implementing best practices and defining architecture and data models. Conduct workshops, draft technical specifications, and ensure alignment with company standards. Design models, configurations, and workflows, and collaborate with teams to meet project timelines and quality. Manage development, code migration, and data integration with applications. Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and testers for solution design, defect fixing, and risk management. Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring project requirements are met. Assist in creating training materials and conducting user training. Work with build and release teams for code validation and migration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Master Data Management
  • 3 years/2 cycles of end-to-end Stibo STEP development (PMDM and CMDM)
  • Solid grasp of master data concepts, processes, and tools (data modeling, profiling, quality, integration, and governance)
  • Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, XML, XSD, JSON, pattern matching, and regular expressions
  • Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services
  • Ability to work in Agile environments

  • Financial industry experience
  • MDM and Salesforce experience
