Scope of Position The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for supervising utility stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. The Supervisor also assists in maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment and ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotels standards. He/she works closely with the Stewarding Manager and Chefs to anticipate equipment needs. Position Requirements Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment. Two years of Stewarding/Dishwashing experience required. Previous supervisor experience is preferred. Knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/machinery.
