About The Position
The Stewarding Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department. Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas, as well as night cleaning of property.
Requirements
- 3 years of supervisory experience in Stewarding
- Good organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Able to supervise, develop, train, and coach a staff
- AM/PM work, along with weekends and holidays; the candidate must be open to a flexible schedule
- SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card required
- ServSafe Certification required within 60 days of hire
