About The Position

The Stewarding Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department. Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas, as well as night cleaning of property.

Requirements

  • 3 years of supervisory experience in Stewarding
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Able to supervise, develop, train, and coach a staff
  • AM/PM work, along with weekends and holidays; the candidate must be open to a flexible schedule
  • SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card required
  • ServSafe Certification required within 60 days of hire
