Job Summary: The Stewarding Manager at Black Desert Resort is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stewarding team, ensuring that all kitchen and banquet cleaning, sanitation, and organization tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Executive Steward or Director of Food & Beverage, this position supervises stewarding staff, manages inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. The Stewarding Manager works closely with culinary and banquet teams to support seamless operations and maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.
