Who WE are looking for: We are seeking a professional and detail-driven individual to join our fine dining team as a steward. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment. Discretion, efficiency, and consistency are essential, along with the ability to work seamlessly as part of a cohesive back-of-house team. A strong sense of responsibility, polished work habits, and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure are key. This individual plays a vital role in supporting the exceptional guest experience expected at our Michelin Star bound establishment. Requirements
- High School/ GED preferred
- 3-6 months experience preferred
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Carry and balance trays of beverages
- Lift up to 25 - 30 lbs
- Stand for long periods
- Navigate crowded spaces
- Flexibility in bending and reaching
- Adaptability to casino conditions, including: Bright lights Noise
- Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Responsibilities
- Scraping and cleaning dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher
- Washing pots, pans, and trays
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
- Removing all trash from kitchen areas
- Ensuring the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Additional reasonable duties may be assigned to support the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen
