Training and Experience: Dishwashing equipment knowledge preferred. Valid Florida driver’s license also required. Basic food prep a plus. Job Knowledge: Must have an understanding of the terms clean and sanitary. Job Summary: To provide clean and sanitized dishes, utensils and pots for cooks, servers, bartenders, guests and members use. Physical Abilities: Must be able to work on feet quickly for an average shift, lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds, not limited to trash removal, and work in a hot and wet environment.
