About The Position

Belle Haven Country Club located in Alexandria Viginia seeks full-time or part-time associates to support the culinary operations.

Requirements

• Must have sufficient knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with supervisor.
• Ability to scrupulously follow all Belle Haven Country Club policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators; maintains sanitary conditions.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place all in designated containers.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes and rinse them/place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Polish silver using machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of hand truck.
• Wash and peel vegetables using knife or peeling machine.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
