Requirements

• Passion for creating amazing experiences for our clients and guests.
• Eye for detail and detail orientation.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities; passion for collaboration.
• Previous stewarding experience desired.
• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and understand instructions and safety rules.
• Completes required training as scheduled.
• Ability to learn proper use of various types of equipment and cleaning materials used in cleaning assigned areas.
• Must have a valid current Food Handlers Card or willingness and ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and cookware using manual and/or machine methods.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Inspect dishes and utensils for cleanliness and remove any damaged or soiled items.
• Stock dishwashing supplies, such as detergents and sanitizers.
• Clean and maintain the dishwashing area, including the dish machines, sinks, and floors.
• Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
