Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Previous steward or kitchen utility experience preferred, but not required
ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, trash receptacles, and storage areas
Assist with basic food prep and set-up as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Monitor dishwashing machines for proper chemical levels and water temperature
Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries and supplies
Support chefs and line cooks with cleaning duties during and after service
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
Work collaboratively with all departments to support smooth kitchen operations
Regular and Reliable attendance.
