JOB SUMMARY: The Restaurant Steward plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall operational efficiency of kitchen and service areas. Reporting directly to the Executive Steward, this position supports culinary and service teams by ensuring all equipment, utensils, and workspaces meet Legends’ high standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest experience excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and service tools
  • Store all equipment and supplies in proper, designated locations
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain all kitchen and back-of-house floors
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
  • Transport food, supplies, and equipment throughout the stadium or venue as needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures
  • All other duties as assigned.
