About The Position

Use manual or mechanical methods to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste. Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • TB Clearance and Food Handlers Certification
