Stewards/Dishwashers are responsible for overall cleanliness of the hotel restaurant, kitchen areas, and guest areas. Stewards/Dishwashers may work indoors or outdoors, cleaning all kitchen equipment, tools and supplies as well as all dishes, glasses, and equipment required for the operation. Must always conduct themselves in a professional manner to reflect the standards of the department.
