About The Position

Every memorable dining experience at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa begins behind the scenes with our Food & Beverage team’s commitment to safe and efficient operations. To work as a team to achieve expectations above guest standards in a manner consistent with SMI policies and procedures.

Responsible for all proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment in the outlet kitchens, employee cafeteria and food production and storage areas.

Maintain cleanliness of all floors mats, ovens, vents, and kitchen equipment throughout the back of house.

Proper use and storage of all chemicals that are use throughout the night.

Ability to follow special task also deep cleaning in different areas assigned.

Report to supervisor for guidance and schedule throughout the night.
