This position is responsible responsible for assisting in the supervision of all aspects of the Stewarding Department functions, in accordance with hotel standards. Assists in directing, implementing, and maintaining a service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff. Includes keeping outlets, kitchen and banquet well supplied with equipment.
