Supervises and coordinates activities of Stewarding and Dishwashing Personnel by performing the following duties: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully. Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement. Provides positive and corrective feedback to staff, evaluates their performance with the Executive Steward providing documentation for all aspects of their employment. Supervise Stewards and Dishwashers to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and equipment including traps, screens, and delimes machines utilizing proper chemicals while wearing protective gear. Wash pots, pans, and trays. Sweep and mop kitchen floors including floor mats. Wash Work Tables, Walls, Refrigerators, Cutting boards, and Ceiling. Perform general cleaning task using standard cleaning products as assigned to adhere to Health and Safety regulations. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Insures proper execution of all equipment and food items during banquet events. Assist all outlets with staffing and equipment needs. Insures that all chemicals are properly handled. Assist Executive Steward in daily operations. Must be capable of presenting a positive image of the Casino to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required. Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment. Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
