About The Position
Cherokee Town & Country Club in Sandy Springs, GA is hiring a full-time Steward / Dishwasher to play an essential role in the safety and sanitation of our kitchen. If this sounds like a dishwashing position for you, apply now! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STEWARD / DISHWASHER In this Steward / Dishwasher role, you are a valuable part of our kitchen team. You help ensure the best experiences for our members by helping to keep our restaurants running and our kitchens clean. You are a can-do person who likes to keep busy and doesn't mind getting a bit wet or dirty. And you are happy to jump in and help with staging food when needed. You take pride in your work, dishwashing, and cleaning until the kitchen and everything in it sparkles just like you'd expect in a restaurant at a top country club. While you're self-motivated and able to work independently, you are a people person and also enjoy the camaraderie that's inherent in a tight-knit kitchen team. Your work behind the scenes ensures that our line cooks have all the equipment they need to complete their jobs. You enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment where you are never bored and time goes by quickly.
Requirements
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 4 hours at a time
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
