The Steward / Dishwasher maintains cleanliness of kitchen, loading dock, and back of house area. The Steward maintains cleanliness of tableware, glassware, and kitchen equipment while minimizing breakage. This position reports to the Chef De Cuisine. The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.
