Stewards/Dishwashers play a crucial role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shift. Requirements

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous kitchen or restaurant experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Ensure all items are properly organized and stored in designated areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including dish machines, floors, walls, and sinks.
  • Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed.
  • Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards and comply with health department regulations.
  • Work as a team player to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service.
  • Alert management to any equipment issues or safety concerns
