Requirements

Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
Previous dishwashing/stewarding experience in a heavy volume restaurant preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
Must be reliable and flexible, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Properly operate dishwashing machines. Ensure the appropriate temperature is correct for proper sanitation.
Wash all dishes, pots, pans, and other items used in the restaurants, kitchen, and banquet department.
Break down all boxes, empty trash containers into the dumpster, and clean containers.’
Clean kitchen walls, floor mats, and mop floors daily.
Ensure the floor is dry and debris-free after each session or shift.
