Sterile Processing Supervisor
About The Position
Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the Supervisor, Sterile Processing (SP) provides supervision and problem solving to staff, and provides day to day management of processes, supplies, and quality improvement projects of Sterile Processing to ensure the highest quality of services is delivered. Requirements
- Coursework/Training - Completion of a Central Supply Technician (or surgical technology) accredited course.
- National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
- National Certified Healthcare Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire or, National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
- 5 years - Sterile Processing experience in an acute hospital setting.
- 2 years - Lead experience.
