Responsibilities

Curriculum Design: Develop and implement a step dance curriculum that caters to the interests and developmental stages of elementary students, focusing on rhythm, teamwork, and performance skills.
Lead Sessions: Conduct engaging step dance sessions that instruct students in the fundamentals of step dance, including rhythm, coordination, and choreography, while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaborative performance.
Learning Environment: Create and maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment where students feel valued and inspired to learn.
Student Assessment: Evaluate students' progress in step dance skills, providing constructive and encouraging feedback to support their development.
