About The Position

Mad Science is looking for STEM Workshop Instructors to conduct engaging and interactive classroom instruction on various scientific topics
Responsibilities:
Facilitating a one-hour in-classroom science enrichment program using a pre-set curriculum.
Each session is a high-energy, part entertainment, part education, hands-on class
Picking up/dropping off and maintaining equipment
Qualifications:
Applicants must have experience teaching children in a classroom or camp environment
Be friendly, flexible, dynamic and passionate about supporting children’s learning.
Must be available M-F between 830a-130p.
Must have a reliable transportation that is not public or ride share
All employees will be fingerprinted for criminal background checks and TB tested (required)
Some college
Have a fun & outgoing personality
We train you in the curriculum and provide all materials. Mad Science classes follow the school calendar and are presented year-round. This is part-time and rewarding work if it fits with your schedule and lifestyle.

$40 per workshop, 2-3 workshops daily
