Full-time temporary position available on or after March 2, 2026 for the College of Science STEM Grants. Appointment will be made for one year from date of hire with the possibility of reappointment and/or becoming permanent based on budget, department needs, and job performance. Under general supervision, the STEM Pathways Recruitment Coordinator serves as a primary liaison between CSU Stanislaus and regional community colleges to strengthen STEM transfer pathways and support the success of prospective transfer students. This position promotes CSU Stanislaus STEM programs through direct outreach, presentations, and ongoing communication with students, faculty, and campus partners. The role provides prospective transfer students with accurate advising on admissions, major requirements, and university resources; coordinates opportunities for students to engage with faculty; and tracks their progress toward successful transfer and degree completion. Additionally, the position supports ASPIRE transfer articulation activities, assists in program data collection, and ensures compliance with University and federal guidelines regarding student records. Through proactive outreach, advising, and relationship-building, the STEM Pathways Recruitment Coordinator advances the University’s goals of increasing transfer student access, readiness, and success in STEM fields.
