Keel was formed by bringing together three industry leaders combining generations of hands-on expertise in steel fabrication, shipbuilding, aerospace, and defense manufacturing. When you join Keel, you’re joining a team backed by decades of proven craftsmanship and real-world results. We build ships, defense systems, aerospace components, and heavy steel structures that serve critical missions — and we do it with pride. This role involves supervising, training, promoting, disciplining, and coordinating activities of newly hired production workers engaged in expediting the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments of the plant. The supervisor is responsible for qualification checklist training, safety training on machinery, ensuring the production of quality parts during training, and has evaluation approval/termination authority for new hires' 90-day probationary period evaluations. Additionally, the role manages and oversees annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
