Position Summary The Enrichment Instructor is responsible for designing and leading engaging activities in Academic, STEAM, and/or Sports and Recreation at their program site. This role ensures that all programming aligns with YMCA curriculum guidelines and Youth Development Principles, while fostering student engagement, learning, and a positive environment. The Instructor collaborates with the Site Coordinator and site-specific staff as needed to deliver high-quality programming, procure necessary materials, and support day-to-day logistics.
