This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. Requirements
- Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a smile and a pleasant disposition in a timely manner.
- Developing a thorough knowledge of all food items including plate specifications and garnishing.
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of line stations and corresponding food execution for food pick up.
