Assists servers in serving guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) Assist in the expediting of all food items from the kitchen line to the guest tables in an expedient and professional manner. Prepare all service carts and trays for transport. Must be able to identify all menu items by sight and have knowledge of their descriptions, to recognize all table numbers and seating positions. Assures F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations. Remains up to date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets. May be assigned to Food & Beverage workstations of the casino and/or hotel. Provide excellent guest service. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities None GAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
