Most of the time, you will be: Possessing the detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices. Leading the service team to provide high-quality customer service and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. Observing and anticipating guests’ needs, throughout their meals. Behaving in a positive, professional manner that reflects our best-in-class hospitality standards. But don’t worry—we will train you to be great at this! What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.
