Requirements
- Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods.
- Attention to detail in order to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards.
- Minimum of one to two years gourmet culinary experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Planning, preparing, and cooking food Items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests.
- Displaying and encouraging teamwork to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Maintaining company cooking standards and assume responsibility for assigned station(s) individually or in support of others.
