Meeting and event setup- We average about 8-12+ a day Tues-Thurs with multiple touch points for each event. · 30- min prechecks of space double checking set up is still correct and crew etc. have not used space and verify all technology is working ( due to the video walls this has become standard. · Many events are require additional attention to detail such as power runs and special set up instructions · Meeting Crew cross over- OST's cross over with crew using the space to make sure camera angles, are set up, crew knows how to connect to the space, and how to utilize the microphones as well as any other questions they may have. · Dry run room set ups ( for dress rehearsals ) · Special Event ticket Audio requests · Meeting and Event Crew event coordination Meetings ( Sit in to provide input and insight for larger scale meetings and events) And to have a better understanding of the event to support as a whole. Meeting and event AV support · Local Event Dry/tech runs with AV support · Day of AV support Requests ( some times these are 30 mins some times require team to sit in for longer periods if multiple presenters or high profile vents) · Horizon Hall Tech runs - Each Horizon hall booking requires us to meet with the crew prior to the day of to go over the space, understand the entire event, any technology asks, event flow, recording requirements etc. · Cross Campus tech/dry runs Table set up and break down- We average around 10 - 15+ table set ups for catering, pop up events etc. · Meeting Space & Conference Room Audits- Team goes through and checks the equipment on to make sure all equipment is functioning correctly runs test calls etc. Primary focus is Horizon Hall, Configurable spaces, Large conference rooms and all other meeting rooms with teams Panels. Day Planning and Planon Ticket Maintenance · Team Reaches out to crew on individual tickets to make sure any gaps or questions are confirmed · Updates and closing tickets · Meets to assign and plan out day, prechecks, AV support requests Vendor Escorts as needed · OST's will support with vendor escorts that don't require tech supervision. PM's · OST's perform the Monthly AED Audit Other Misc · Box moves · Audits · other one off items This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
