About The Position

A day on assignment with FlexTrades You wake up in a company-arranged hotel, grab breakfast with your per diem, and head to a manufacturing client’s facility. On the floor, you review work instructions, prep your station, and move between through‑hole and surface‑mount soldering on complex CCAs. You attach wires to CCAs, place components, set connector pins, and verify every joint meets spec. Mid‑shift, you run quality checks and, when needed, perform quick electrical troubleshooting to keep builds on track. Overtime is available, and when the day wraps, your travel pay and lodging are handled so you can focus on the work—not the logistics.
