About The Position

The Status Board Operator - Housekeeping is responsible for managing the inventory of rooms available for sale within the time limits set by the resort. This role involves handling guest calls, dispatching requested items for rooms, maintaining transaction records, and collaborating with other departments to manage out-of-service and out-of-order room inventory. The operator is also expected to proactively monitor and manage room type inventory to address potential issues and adhere to Wynn policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively read, write and speak English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years experience answering telephones
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Minimum typing speed of 40WPM
  • Ability to master the property management system
  • 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Handling guest calls.

  • Maintaining records of transactions.
