About The Position

The Status Board Operator - Housekeeping is responsible for managing the inventory of rooms available for sale within the time limits set by the resort. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient room management.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively read, write and speak English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years experience answering telephones
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Minimum typing speed of 40WPM
• Ability to master the property management system
• 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Handling guest calls
• Dispatching items as requested for rooms
• Maintaining records of transactions
• Responsible for working with other departments to manage out of service and out of order room inventory
• Monitor and manage room type inventory proactively addressing potential issues with department
• Knows and adheres to Wynn policies and procedures
