About The Position

The Statistical and Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for the various compliance requirements and initiatives of the Hudson Insurance Group and associated companies. Bachelor’s degree required with coursework in IT (SQL is essential), insurance, economics, finance, mathematics or related filed.
3-5 years of experience in compliance, insurance law, paralegal work, or similar insurance operations roles.

Responsibilities

Statistical reporting research and coordinated preparation/submission with internal business partners.
Responsible for Purchasing Group, Fraud, and other compliance-related statistical reporting.
Prepare, validate, and reconcile statistical reporting data (e.g., reasonableness checks, outlier review, tie-outs to source systems) and maintain supporting documentation.
Maintain statistical reporting calendars, submission confirmations, and evidence files to support auditability and record retention.
Corporate reporting support in association with annual statement filings and other required schedules, as applicable to statistical reporting scope.
Assist in researching and responding to market conduct inquiries.
