About The Position
Nestled in the heart of East Sacramento, Dignity Health Mercy General Hospital is a 313 bed acute care facility that provides a wide range of services with special advocacy for the poor and underserved. Mercy General is home to the nationally ranked Alex G. Spanos Heart & Vascular Institute. One California The Stationary Engineer participates in programs involving operation and maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment, distribution lines for steam, hot water, plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, sanitation for hospital and Medical Office buildings. Will respond effectively to emergency situations, including fire, disruptions of above stated utilities or other emergency situations.
Requirements
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years overall experience
- Driver's License: CA
- Universal CFC certification
Nice To Haves
- Associates Of Science Mechanical Electrical Technology or related field Preferred
- 2 years hospital experience
Responsibilities
