We are seeking a Stationary Engineer for our client site in the Greater St. Louis area. Typical work schedule for this role will be night shift, 7 on 7 off, Wed-Tues; 1730-0530 HIRING SALARY RANGE: $36.00 -$42.00 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. Monitoring building automation systems to ensure proper, safe, and efficient operation of equipment, with the ability to adjust as necessary. Identifying and correcting problems with the CUP equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, highly purified water systems, clean steam, wastewater systems, and cooling towers. Taking daily equipment logs, submitting reports as required to the chief engineer, and meeting local and state regulatory requirements. Identifying problems and creating work orders for all equipment. Coordination and oversight of subcontractor activities. As a CUP Operator, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including: Performing water treatment chemical analysis Performing Preventative Maintenance tasks, and making building and CUP rounds. Leading and/or assisting technicians where necessary in building support services and equipment repairs with the ability to read drawings, prints, and technical manuals with understanding. Working in electronic CMMS and Johnson Controls BAS. Performing other duties as assigned by Management or Lead.
