Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with some college, business or technical training
- Valid Driver's License - This position is required to drive a company vehicle and must meet the requirements of UF Health Central Florida Vehicle Policy.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Job experience specializing in one or more of these trades/professions: Boilers, Building, Electrical, HVAC, Bed Repair, TMA and Security Systems.
- Personal computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word & Internet Explorer: Knowledge of NFPA.
- Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience.
